Itinerary

Day 1: La Paz - Base Camp
(-/L/D)
 

 

We pick you up at your hotel and drive for about 3 hours to the village of Sajama. From here we start our ascent to our base camp at 4400 m.

 

 

 

Day 2: Base Camp - High Camp
(B/L/D)
 

 

Today we reach the glacier. Here we begin to use our security and climbing equipment and climb to our high camp at 5700 m.

 

Day 3: High Camp - Summit - Base Camp
(B/L/D)
 

 

After 8 hours of climbing we finally reach the summit of the highest mountain in Bolivia. We successfully crested the "Sajama" with its height of 6542 m. After a well deserved rest we return to our base camp.

 

Day 4: Base Camp - La Paz

After breakfast we hike back to the village and after a visit to the hot springs we drive back to La Paz.
