In the morning we leave Santa Cruz and drive through the varied landscape to Concepción. After we stowed our luggage in the hotel we'll visit the beautiful church dated from the 18th century and the local museum. Also we'll check out the craftsmanship of the locals. The night we spend in a hotel in the city.

After breakfast we drive to San Ignacio de Velasco (approx. 4 hour drive). Here the check-in in our hotel and have lunch before we visit the church in the village. Afterwards we visit the more remote missions of San Miguel, San Rafael and Santa Ana and return to San Ignacio to spend the night.

Today we drive to San Javier to visit the oldest mission in Bolivia dated 1691. After lunch we drive back to Santa Cruz.
